Key Benefits
- The property has been recently and tastefully
refurbished with new floors, new roof, new doors and windows and 2 bathrooms
- The village of Funtana is right on the coast and has
a lot of character. It has a lot of the old stone houses that we like, and
is just off the main coast road, running from Porec to Vrsar, so is easily
accessible.
- The house is situated in a row of 3, all of which
have recently been renovated
- From the house it is about 500m to the beach
- Funtana is due to get a new marina, which will
increase property values
- Although the house does not have a garden, it does
have 2 nice terraces, which are very secluded and which have great views
over the bay and the surrounding countryside.
- There is a parking space at the front of the house
- I would imagine it would be easy to let to a couple
with a small family or maybe to two couples, as each would have their own
terrace.
- The house comes with clean papers and should be a
relatively easy purchase
- It should also easily be ready for next year's rental
market and would be less hassle than trying to organise builders
Key Drawbacks
- The kitchen needs to be installed and would be a
separate price - this should not be very expensive though.
- The rooms are not huge and might seem a little
cramped.
- There are only 2 bedrooms, so might not suit a larger
family, although it would be possible to put a divan or couch in the lounge
- There is no outdoor space and there is another house
in front of it, although this does not obscure the views
