Key Benefits
- The house is only about 3 miles from the coast at
Umag and has been done up in the last 5 years or so.
- The house has two floors with large living area
downstairs and 2 large bedrooms on the first floor. There is also a sizeable
loft. The total living space is about 100m2
- From the first floor there are views of the sea I
believe, although I could not verify this as we could not get the shutters
open...
- The only works necessary are cosmetic - the bathroom
and kitchen could be kept as they are at present
- To the front of the house is a reasonably sized plot
of land with a kiwi fruit tree.
- For the size, location and condition it is not a bad
price
Key Drawbacks
- The house does not have a lot of garden. There is a
small backyard, about 15 foot by 15 foot, although there is a separate plot
of land available as an extra item
- The land to the front of the house, about 20m by 10m,
is currently used as a carporch, so could be better utilised
