Key Benefits

  • The houses have been restored and extended using traditional materials for the outside and so are in keeping with the local style

Key Drawbacks

  • The houses need finishing
  • The rooms and layout are somewhat awkward - there is a lot of hallway which might have been better utilised for the other rooms. However as the houses are not finished it may not be too late to change the layout somewhat.
  • It is a 30 min drive to the coast
  • Because there are a couple of other plots available any new building may detract from the character of the area
  • There are plans for a small development of 12 small houses in the vicinity
