Key Benefits
- The property's biggest attraction is the view of the
surrounding countryside.
- It is completely separate from anywhere else, down a
stone track, with 18 hectares of land, including woods and farm land. Much
of the farmland is currently let, providing additional income
- The house has three floors and potential for about
300m2 of living space. It is built in a combination of stone and brick.
- There are sufficient trees around the house to
provide shade, whilst there is enough flat land in the immediate vicinity to
build a pool and terrace
- There are villages nearby with shops and restaurants
and towns in the vicinity with all the necessary facilities and modcons
- It being Italy the infrastructure is well-developed.
The access roads are good and it is about half an hour to the coast and
another half-hour to the Sibillini mountains
- The house is within an hour's drive or so of both
Ancona and Pescara airports served by the low-cost companies at present
- The Le Marche region appears to be a favourite place
for Italians to holiday - we mainly came across Italians rather than
foreigners

- The house needs completely rebuilding and would take
